The Living Change Project is a community-based initiative that seeks to inspire people to connect their lived experiences of climate change to local action through story, art, and conversation.
We are all living the changes unfolding with the climate crisis. How can we meet this moment by both acknowledging the crisis and nurturing change and possibility? Living Change seeks to emplace climate impacts and empower climate actions through cultivating relationships, nurturing shared knowledge, and building community in response to the climate crisis. The project explores how connecting with each other through our shared love of and commitment to place can be a catalyst for action, resilience, and care. We explore caring for people and place as climate action through gatherings, workshops, public art projects, and intentional listening. We welcome all community members to these conversations while seeking to center those voices often left out of the climate conversation.
